VISION &
PRIORITIES

My vision is simple: a stronger, safer, and more connected community where every voice matters. As your City Council representative, I will lead with transparency—keeping you informed about what’s happening in our Ward and across the city. I believe in being accessible and honest, and I’m committed to making sure you always know where I stand and what I’m working on.

With 18 years of military service leading teams, managing budgets, and solving problems, I know how to get things done. I’ll bring that same work ethic and dedication to City Hall—fighting for safer neighborhoods, supporting local businesses, and helping our community grow. Together, we can move forward with purpose and build a better future for all of us.

MEET TIFFINEY

I proudly served in the U.S. military and retired after 18 years of service with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2014, I made Lawton my home—a place that welcomed my family and gave us the opportunity to plant roots and grow. Since then, I’ve built a career as a Real Estate Agent, where I get to do what I love most: helping people navigate important life decisions and find a place to call home.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Cameron University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University. My education, along with my military leadership experience, has prepared me to serve this community with both compassion and clarity—understanding the people, systems, and policies that shape our everyday lives.

Faith, family, and community are the foundation of who I am. I’m an active member of my church and volunteer with several local organizations that focus on strengthening families, empowering young people, and supporting those in need. I believe leadership begins with compassion, listening, and showing up—and I will do my best to live that out every day.

My husband and I have been married for 28 years. We have four amazing children—one of whom we tragically lost to a fentanyl overdose in 2023—and six beautiful grandchildren who keep us on our toes. That loss has deepened my commitment to advocating for real change and supporting families facing hard times.

When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll find me playing softball (or at least pretending I still got it), roller skating in my light-up skates, at the gym getting a good workout in, or in my garden. I truly love Lawton and believe in the power of community. It’s an honor to serve, and I’m ready to keep showing up for the people who call this city home.
